GOS pigs are great mums
Amazingly maternal, GOS raise large litters of piglets on pasture. These hardy little piglets are self sufficient and require little attention and veterinary care, making them attractive livestock for farmers.
They also look pretty cute!
GOS are white in colour with a minimum of one distinct black spot. It has lop ears which will almost cover the face of a mature pig and hang towards the nose. This makes it tricky for them to see, but means that they’re pretty easy to keep in…because they can’t see where they are going!
Their docility and intelligence make them a fab choice for first time pig keepers!
